Hi, I’m Josh Fridey, a Senior IT Manager with over 15 years of experience in the field. My work has centered around supporting companies that develop and deliver tech solutions for other businesses—especially in industries like agriculture, healthcare, construction, and petroleum—helping them grow through dependable, well-structured IT.

I spend most of my time working with tools like Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra services, and diving into network infrastructure and cybersecurity—basically, all the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps businesses connected, secure, and running smoothly.

What keeps me motivated is the ever-evolving nature of the field—there’s always something new to learn or a better way to solve a problem. I’m not one to pretend I’ve got all the answers—if I don’t know something, I’m upfront about it, then I dive in and learn what I need to. Staying on top of new tech is something I genuinely enjoy, and I get a lot of satisfaction out of solving problems that make things work better for everyone.

When I’m not knee-deep in infrastructure planning or troubleshooting something obscure, you’ll find me at punk rock shows, playing video games with friends, building Legos, adding to my tattoo collection, or spending time with my family. I also share my home office with Scratch, a 25-pound food thief and self-appointed security system who has the bark of a 100-pound guard dog.
